Important Information
To begin, please choose the patient’s age group
- Consultations are conducted via voice call. In the case of infants, sessions are held with the parents.
- The first consultation lasts between 2h–2h30.
- Follow-up consultations last 1h–1h30.
- Session fees cannot be paid in installments.
- Only bank transfers or PIX are accepted. Payments must be made at least one week in advance of the scheduled consultation, and proof of payment is required to confirm the appointment.
- The frequency of follow-up sessions will vary depending on each case.
- Recreational cannabis users, as well as those using steroids (anabolic substances) in supraphysiological doses without medical supervision, will not be accepted.
- Missed consultations are non-refundable, regardless of the reason.
- Consultations are to be conducted individually. Please do not attend accompanied by spouses, parents, children, or any other person with whom you have a personal relationship, unless the patient is physically unable to express themselves verbally (e.g. neurological conditions, mutism, extreme prostration, etc.).
- If the patient cannot wait for their turn on the waiting list, emergency scheduling is available. These sessions take place exclusively on weekends (Saturdays or Sundays). However, fees for these extraordinary appointments are double the regular rate.
