Consultations

• Consultations are conducted via voice call. In the case of infants, sessions are held with the parents.
• The first consultation lasts between 2h–2h30.
• Follow-up consultations last 1h–1h30.
• Payments are accepted only via bank deposit/transfer, PIX, or credit card; the total amount may be paid in installments (subject to interest). Payments must be made no later than one week prior to the appointment date, and proof of payment is required to confirm the time.
• If, even after payment has been made, the patient misses the appointment or cancels it on the scheduled day, only 50% of the fee will be refunded, regardless of the reason given.
• The frequency of follow-up sessions will vary depending on each case.
• Recreational cannabis users, as well as those using steroids (anabolic substances) in supraphysiological doses without medical supervision, will not be accepted.
• Consultations are to be conducted individually. Please do not attend accompanied by spouses, parents, children, or any other person with whom you have a personal relationship, unless the patient is physically unable to express themselves verbally (e.g. neurological conditions, mutism, extreme prostration, etc.).
• If the patient cannot wait for their turn on the waiting list, emergency scheduling is available. These sessions take place exclusively on weekends (Saturdays or Sundays). However, fees for these extraordinary appointments are double the regular rate.
